Digital Products

Due to the nature of the product, digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable. All digital products (ebooks, courses, templates, etc.) are delivered immediately to your email after purchase.

 

 Once you receive the product, you will have lifetime access to it along with any future updates. Please make sure to enter the correct email address at checkout.

A refund will only apply if:

If you made a purchase multiple times (2+) by mistake, a refund will only be issued for the duplicate order(s) (if claimed within the first 48 hours after the purchase).

 

If you made a purchase by mistake (within the first 24 hours after the purchase) and have not yet downloaded the product or course, you may request a refund. After 24 hours from the time of purchase, we are not responsible for issuing any refunds or returns.

 

If you qualify for a refund, you will receive a notification within 1 to 4 business days confirming the refund. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your bank account will depend on the timeframe established by your bank or your debit/credit card issuer (please contact your bank).

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be our error are covered at our expense.

 

If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a return request at: femaleinbiz.returnscenter.com

 

We will provide you with a return address. Once we receive a returned shipment, you will be notified via an automated email. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 3 weeks.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

 

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facilities, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to you.

 

Returned by Customer: Please contact us before returning any products at hello@femaleinbiz.com. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. If you wish to exchange for a different size, you will need to place a new order at your own expense.

 

If you make any return, it is your responsibility to use a shipping company that provides you with trackable shipping information.

 

Notice for EU Consumers: Pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be granted for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, Female In Biz reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
